Windows Enhance 4k UI display

Currently an interface on 4k screens does not scale properly. It partially can be fixed in-game with a camera zoom slider and UI scale slider, but in a main menu it's not fixable. And camera animations are too slow.

Also cut-scenes are ugly:

Maybe there are more issues, that's just what I found at a glance, starting playing on 4k screen.

I'm seeing this as well, I've got the UI maxed out at 150% but it's still too small. Lowering my screen resolution makes it bigger obviously, but also running at any other than native resolution introduces it's own issues with my display upscaling causing artifacts. Both UI scale and Zoom need to be able to go to 400% for playing on a 4k screen
