End Game Content Ideas

-Pierre buys JoJos old building and relocates due to his business boom after they leave
-His old place becomes an Inn for tourists coming from the train or boats at the docks
-Addition of a school house building maybe in the empty space to the left of the town center or up by the community center
-2-4 new houses for new residents
-Weekly or monthly Farmers Markets in the town center (Maybe on Wednesdays when Pierre is closed)
-Cafe open at 10 am

What do you guys think?

The Inn is a fun idea. Don't forget that Pierre doesn't take a day off after Joja leaves, though. And building a school is something that would fit right in, but why not just hold classes in the Community Center?

The biggest problem I see is that there is already a late game thing that happens with the old Joja building. I'm loathe to say more because of spoilers, though.
