Enable chat cheats in game

For people on Nintendo switch and want to mess around I feel like they should have a way to enable this in game and not just from in the files! It's a fun way to play and see what items there really are especially if you just want to customize your character and farm.

You have to go into the files to enable this on PC as well, but I could see some sort of "creative mode" option in the new game menu being good for some players

farm planning tools might become unnecessary if you can just free craft all the items you need
but then again, farm planning tools often do have other stuff..
