Issue Empty Portrait Mod

I tried installing portrait mods but the SMAPI Debug pane showed the folders were empty, It was not working either, How do I fix this?(ps, portrait mods should rlly start putting "README" files, I didn't see a proper video explaining how to use portrait mods properly)

the readme file says
Make sure you have PyTK mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1726)*
Find where you installed your Ridgeside Village mod (some where in Stardew Valley\Mods folder)
Drag the [CP] Ridgeside Village and [STF] Ridgeside Village to your [CP] Ridgeside Village and [STF] Ridgeside Village to overwrite it to install.

meaning these files are not placed into
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods

they replace the original ridgeside files so place them into
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods\Ridgeside Village

Edit: I forgot the Haley file. If you're using the MORE Haley Revised mod, you need to place it into the Seasonal Cute Characters mod to replace the files.
