Farmer
In Fall of year two of one of my PS4 saves, I decided to have my farmer, Nero, marry Elliot. I already had enough hearts to just buy the boquet and give it to him. A few days later, he had enough hearts to marry and, luckily, it rained on the 23rd! I triggered Seb's 8-heart event, bought the pendant, and then headed to Elliot's cabin to give it to him.
All went well.
Except for one little problem.
I was kinda using the main bedroom as a machine shop. Also, I was breeding slimes in the Southern room below it. I had an idea to rearange the shop so his spouse room would be accessable, but I suspected he wouldn't be thrilled with the maze of machines he'd have to pass to reach it.
So I rearanged the basement to fit all the machines instead and built a shed for the kegs. Then, I slaughtered the slimes (there were a lot more than I realized, considering I only hatched two eggs and then left them to breed) and started over with an outdoor slime pen.
Then I bought a furnature catalog and turned the empty room into Elliot's bedroom. I used his cabin as a jumping off point to decorate. I kept the Southern room and made it a bathroom since he'd commented on being too vain on occasion.
I managed to get everything set up just in time for the wedding. Except for the large sofa that I guess is only available at the Oasis on one specific day. So aside from that, I think it turned out well. Elliot hs been hanging out in there and sleeping in there, so I guess he likes it. He also added a chair to his spouse room. Don't know if that means anthing, but I'm counting it as a win!
I don't usually decorate much on console and found it to be kind of a pain at times. How do you stop from picking up the rugs when you're trying to water a garden pot?
Anyway, here are some photos. I also included my farmer's room. Sorry about the quality, I just took photos of my tv screen since I never take screenshots on PS4.
