Easiest and fastest Stamina Food

Honestly, if you have a stack of salmonberries, just eat them raw, instead of blocking up a preserves jar for 3 days to turn them into jam

Much better to use the preserve jar for making money by turning a valuable crop into an even more valuable artisan good

Failing that, just buy stacks of salad from Gus

Starting out , carrots and parsnips are quite good. Chub or any fish that will stack. I don’t like salmon berries because it takes too long as they give so little energy, but I’ll use them or spring onions if I have nothing else.

later on, gold star cheese is my favourite.

Hops is my go-to, because it's pretty easy and affordable to get a lot, and they don't sell more much so I don't feel bad eating them for health/stamina in early-ish game. Early spring year 1 is whatever edible forage I happen to find, or those tree seed snack bars.

When I'm fishing at the farm Green Algae can be a useful quick energy source. It doesn't provide much but since I've already fished to catch it using it takes no extra effort. Joja Cola is even better.

The newly introduced carrots are amazing but generally cheap crops are decent early on like parsnips. In the same train of thought just random things you forage are always easy, mostly leeks really early on and salmonberries if you want to pursue them and have nothing better to do during those 4 days

You can buy salads if you're using your energy smart and actually making more g than you're spending
