Easier menu navigation with controller

I just started playing 1.5 with a gamepad (it's better for my wrists) and it would be really nice if it were possible to rearrange the menu screen, or to let the left trigger wraparound the selected tab. So, like, if you start in the leftmost tab, you can click left trigger to go to the rightmost tab. Would be quicker to get to the tabs that are farther on the right that way.

And also a way to access the journal with the quests straight from the gamepad on PC would be great. It is the only thing for which I need to use the mouse...
