Android Dwarf Scroll IV NOT SPAWNING/DROPPING

I am playing on the latest version on android (ver 1.5.6.37) and I think I've discovered a bug where dwarf scroll IV is literally not dropping on any monster in the mines. This can't be a rarity issue because I've already found bunch of the other scrolls, and no single yellow scroll. I spent 7 in-game days in searching for Dwarf Scroll IV and I cannot find it.

Please let this be fixed ASAP as this affects gameplay, let me know if you guys also encountered the same issue.

I am having the same problem. The instructions said you could locate the yellow scroll after level 80 in the mines. I have been through two or three times on levels 80 through 120 but nothing yet. Were you able to find the problem?
