Switch Dwarf scroll 3

I’ve killed 500+ blue slimes looking for the dwarf scroll III and I managed to get a prismatic shard before getting it and I think it’s something wrong with the drop rate I never had this problem before.

I am in the same situation only with Dwarf Scroll IV. I have killed so much stuff looking for it, using the Monster Loot ring, etc, so I am very frustrated. This is my 3rd play-thru and this has never happened
