Doubt about skills

Hello everyone, I have a question. How much XP should I get to reach level 10 in Harvesting? I've been stuck at level 9 for several days and I spend the hours felling trees and I don't level up... I don't know if it's a bug or if it's just that more XP is needed specifically, but my friend I play multiplayer with has leveled up by doing less than me. If anyone knows, please write me, THANK YOU!!! I play by steam in my windows laptop.

You need 5000 xp to get to level 10; if you cut down a tree, that's 12, plus an additional point for the stump. So you need to chop down 385 trees.

Harvesting the forage items from seasonal wild seeds counts toward foraging skill, and of course, picking up forage items from the ground (including the beach & fruit bat cave)

Level 1 to 10 is 15000xp

Just level 9-10 is 5000xp, a whole third of the total

It's why grinding the last couple levels seems to take an eternity, you're literally grinding out more than the first 7 levels combined just to get a single level up
