Pretty sure it's inaccessible. I've played for about 140 hours and Pierre's shop is one of my main haunts for Abigail related reasons, and I've never seen any way into it. Judging by the plants outside on the balcony I think it is Caroline's Greenhouse, but it has a front wall making it look like the rest of the building instead of being glass. This makes some sense because if you walk into the greenhouse it has one wall that isn't glass.
