Does the wedding ring recipe become unobtainable?

Trying to achieve perfection in my save file. I used this file a couple times for couch coop (I'm on PS4), so I figure I will need the wedding ring recipe to complete the crafting part of perfection. However, I am currently married to a villager in this save file. I haven't seen the wedding ring recipe since. I really don't want to divorce the character because I'm also working on the "great friends" section and it will make it harder and longer. Am I just unlucky or can I not get the recipe anymore?

On the wiki under perfection tracker, it does say you need it if you're in a multiplayer file. Single-player it's not required.

You can not get the recipe while married.

Also, the wiki information on the wedding ring was last update 4 years ago when marriage was still in public beta. It has been confirmed since then that you do not need the wedding ring recipe or to have crafted a wedding ring for perfection... but nobody bothers to update the wiki.

The only purpose for the wedding ring is on multiplayer and that's the only time it's available. What I didn't know though was that you can't get it if married. Will have to keep that in mind haha
