Do all paths, stone and wood fences decompose over time (like Cobblestone Paths)?

They do not decompose over time, but they can be destroyed by weeds.

Also individual Paths can be dislodged by Lightning strikes. They're not destroyed and revert to an item drop waiting to be picked up but will be eventually culled by the game engine.
