Switch Divorce bug

So I want to get a divorce but every time I try and sleep the game will just crash. Everytime I try I sleep it crashes it just doesn't let me get a divorce

That happened to me as well.

So this happens to me as well. I see a few people reporting it on reddit and Twitter too. It doesn't matter what time you go to sleep vs pass out or if you divorce them cancel then divorce. One thing I did notice was on the days I try to divorce Alex he gets stuck in the fence at the bus stop.

Also having this issue! Haven't found a way past it, hopefully a fix comes soon, want to divorce Penny - only married for the decor

Saw a Facebook post about this a few days ago. Apparently it's been patched on all other consoles, and it will be patched on switch relatively soon (I assume). Switch is usually the last to get updates/patches due to differences in software and such.

I’ve never tried to divorce anyone, so good to know, don’t want Alex getting stuck in a fence.
