Switch Divorce and crashing

Hello I play on the switch and I'm trying to divorce Harvey. But when I go to bed to end the day, the game crashes and a Nintendo error occurs and closes the software message pops up. I tried 3 times . Including a full playthrough until midnight and it still crashes with the same message. The farm lags really bad at times
