Current bug i have found with version 1.6.60014.0 (windows store).
This bug is not save related at all just game related and easy to replicate. When sharing your screen or game window in either full screen or windowed borderless the screen seems to not show any activity happening with users watching. The game also seems to cause a memory leak of sorts while doing this that can be fixed by pausing and alt+tabing out of the game and back in again.
To simpilly fix this issue it can be played with windowed mode however i personally find this to be annoying as id rather play in windowed borederless.
This hereby seems to be an issue only with stardew valley as no other titles or applications cause this to happen. Thank you for taking your time to read this post
