I thought it would be great if digging or mining down can be a thing on your farm or just the surface in general. With it there can be a shovel or a digger that can be used and with it, players can make underground spaces for things like reservoirs, making bunkers, underground houses, underground farms, etc.. as well as a ladder so we can go down and up. It would also be a great addition for introducing things like Underground crops, bees, Fossil machinery, Oil, New underground mobs, And maybe even pests? It is an idea but i think it would make a good addition to terraria.
