Solved Didn't recieve the quality bobbler recipe!

Hi, i finished the Juicy Bugs Wanted! quest on the 28th second year on the last day of the quest. Due to the jellyfish event, i had to wait until 12:00am and teleport to the beach and the put the bug meat into the barrel. However no cutscene or recipe were given, only the $3000. Is it because it was late? the quest didn't give any time limitation, just that the mission must be completed on that day.

Have you gone to the beach since you finished the quest? The cutscene should start the next time you enter the beach.
