Android Demetrius Walks On Water

Exactly what the title said, as you can see in the picture, I was just fishing when Demetrius decided to walk on water
This happened before with different characters— Shane and Sebastian, though both of them walking through walls.

If there's any patterns I noticed, these weird animation glitches happen in backup save files, when the characters are in front of me, I'm saving and exited the game. In this case, Demetrius was on his way to his spot on the south when I exited, and when I loaded back in he stopped walking, then minutes later that ^ happened.

Edit: This walking through everything happens to all moving NPCs. Loading up the backup save file freezes a moving NPC, then when they're late to their usual schedule, they'll walk through anything to get to their spot in time. In my latest backup, NPCs that went through are Penny and Vincent.
