On the mobile version I had to restart many times after deleting the game and redownloading it.
Seems odd since they do so much real time editing in game while I played before even though it could be just AI. Still I can't play. Other games used to delete player's save files such as Family Farm Seaside yet today I found out they are not doing that anymore and one of my older save files still remains. Even Bakery Story another game which used to delete progress now has saving.
Maybe some in game purchases? Idk how but... I pray that my game be restored someday.
