The farmer has a profession card, Keg, that allows for crops to be discarded for hearts. I'm looking around and sometimes see "crops" and "planted crops". Is it appropriate to assume that anytime the word "crops" is used, it refers to an item in hand while "planted crops" are on the farm? I would love to be able to discard planted crops for hearts, but that seems unlikely.
