Custom Npc modding

How would i start in making a custom npc i have a rough draft of one I want to make but considering it needs two buildings not in vanilla stardew valley i think it's too ambitious so instead I want to work on just the npc except i dont know how and cant find any resources on how to start (that or im blind)

As for buildings, I used any tutorial on Tiled that I could find, mostly YouTube stuff.

Theres also this, I for the life of me, couldn't figure out how to make the NPC ask the farmer's questions, and this helped a lot. I have modded a character fully without this.
