Switch Cursed Joja Run?

Okay so multiple issues I’ve had with my most recent run. This is Version 1.6.15.11. Single player. I thought well I’ve never done a joja run before so why not what’s the worst that could happen? Right? Anyway
1) missing materials overnight- I had over 1000 wood went to sleep then next morning 587 wood. ???? Why did it disappear?
2) At least 2 of the skill books do not show up in the menu screen with the stardrop. (They don’t have a thumbs up either in my inventory) this is even tho I have gotten the books and read them multiple times, it still won’t register.
3) it’s not exactly a problem but it should be looked at. When making a fish smoker using the work bench and regular inventory crafting it doesn’t use all the materials. It’s using something else in place of the jelly’s and I have no idea what it is.
4) Again not exactly a problem- fiber counts as moss??? I was making special bait and I had fiber in my inventory but it counted it anyway.
5) not really a bug but- I swear up and down I haven’t had any good or happy luck days in like 4 weeks, it cycles between neutral, bad or super bad.

Issues 1, 3, and 4 are likely due to this crafting bug. What books didn't show up in your collection? Not all of them show up there after reading them; mainly the ones that only increase skill experience.

Hi.
I've been playing with the Craft Bug for about a month now, and since I'm doing a no-fishing run, I chose Joja.

However, I haven't confirmed Wood disappearing due to the Craft Bug. I tried sleeping while hugging Wood, but it didn't vanish.
If you remember anything else, please let me know.

Also, in the Craft Bug, various items are misidentified instead of Jelly's and Moss.
Based on the attached screenshots, the targets include Totem's, Algae's, Seaweed, Prize ticket, and Geode's.
Fiber are not affected.
