No, there is no crossplay between different consoles like Switch-Xbox-PlayStation.

Some games have their own platform or cloud sever like Witcher 3.
You can log in and upload your save file to cloud server the you can play the game in different consoles or platforms but SDV doesn't have such service.

I can't imagine the mess that would be created if the current teams working on console and mobile ports for sdv even attempted to implement cross play or anything like that. The game would probably explode people's devices like that samsung 7 incident a while back lol
