Details:
When interacting with the first Community Center pack, the interact function will loop, causing the player to access the pack and/or use a tool whenever the player touches the controls, making it impossible to move.

EDIT: This bug (which surfaced after the last bug fix update) is happening with other interactive objects, I believe with all stores and the like, I witnessed with Clint and Pierre's store.
