Android Crashes in cutscenes

When some cutscenes start, the game freezes momentarily, and can close by itself, I witnessed this in the cutscene of Alex on the beach.

Details:
In every cutscenes exept my first encounter with Willy, the game crashes the moment I enter where the cutscenes took place. In my first time downloading it on my phone, the game seemed fine exept that I can't get access to the wizard since after the cutscene or after skipping the cutscene the game crashes, also does it in a few specific heart events. After a few weeks of playing, I tried opening the game and when I pressed either New Game or Load Game it doesn't let me play anymore it crashes the game immediately. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and now it automatically crashes at the start of the first Community Center cutscene and never lets me access my worlds again
