Switch Crash on Switch v1.6.9

Switch v1.6.9 is crashing in split screen multiplayer. Last crash happened when one player entered a purple mushroom level in the mines (somewhere between lvl 105 and 120 but not sure exactly which level). There was also a previous crash under similar conditions (not sure what exactly triggers the crash though). The host player was the one in the mines. Player 2 was on the farm.

Edit: I am also getting semi-frequent crashes after both players in split-screen co-op press A on the shipping bin collection screen after each day. Every instance of this happening has still saved all progress from the previous day, but it IS still alarming to say the least.

I've seen some notes about placing bombs. We experienced 2 crashes in split screen and both of them in regular mines the exact moment I set off a cherry bomb.

So the first time it crashed after we reloaded we got the cutscene where Marnier brings our dog. So we realized we didn't get it the first time

I am also on switch, co-op crashes happen seemingly randomly… one happened while friend was in mine and i on farm another when i was on farm and she was fishing
