Since I pick Coop Master profession. None of the animals hearts increase at all. I have gone three seasons without coop animal or barn animal hearts increasing at all and, I am on pc.

You are petting them every day? Making sure their hay is stocked and/or they can go outside?

Barn animals won't be affected. Only Coop animals are affected.

I select Coop Master for 26 days of the season. You still have to pet the chickens, rabbits and dinosaurs to increase their hearts. I have a coop of chickens that have hatched from eggs. I sell them when they reach full hearts for 1096 g. On the 26th, I change my profession to Artisan, ship out all of my product the next day and then change back to Coop Master on the 28th.

Why sell the chickens? It costs 10,000 to switch professions, and you are doing it twice.

The max per month you can make with a full barn producing large chicken eggs and turning it into mayonnaise is 95,760.

By switching professions you reduce your profit by 10,000 each switch, so you are down to 75,760.

Selling the chickens nets you 1096 x12 or 88,912

Then for each new chicken you have a loss of 7 days to hatch and become an adult at a loss off 285 per chicken per day, or 23,940. For a total profit of 64,972.

Then for each non-large egg produced you need to further subtract 95.

As @Phate4569 says, selling an animal "for profit" is a waste of time... and while the math presented in that answer is perfect for chickens, it's just as bad with basically every other animal. Literally the only animal you can sell and not lose out on production while you're raising the new one to replace it? A pig... on Winter 1.
