I happen to run a bookshop IRL, so I've just looked it up for you.
Unfortunately it's showing as publisher out of stock, so if you haven't got it by now, I'm afraid it's not looking good for your chances of getting one from Amazon any time soon.
As for whether it will go to a reprint, that's a question for the publisher. It's a US title, and like you I'm also in the UK, so I don't have a rep for them that I could ask.

I would contact Amazon about that, and also check other vendors to see if you can find somewhere that definitely has it in stock. If the Amazon order never shipped, you can cancel that order and order it elsewhere if there that is possible.
While the official site (https://stardewvalleycookbook.com/) has a lot of links to stores to purchase it from, and it doesn't seem out of stock in any of those, those appear to all be US based retailers (and one Canadian one). Unfortunately I'm not sure what availability is like in the UK.
