Controller Sensitivity Settings + Additional Game Appearance Options?

I mostly play on Switch, however I still think all platforms would benefit if we had options for the following:

• The ability to set stick sensitivity and/or outright disable the sticks (my joycons drift pretty badly, I can't repair or replace them at the moment so the option to adjust sensitivity to at least mitigate most of the drift would be nice- heck maybe even an option to use gyro for the right stick cursor control on PS4 and Switch would be nice.)
• This one is sillier but it would be nice to have alternate loading screens with patterns and/or even the background on the day end screen to replace the day transition screens (I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets jumpscared by the reflection of my own face when im sitting in bed playing lmao)

Anyone can feel free to tell me if these options are available in the game, but per my googling and exploring in the game itself, I haven't found options for either of these things.
