Solved Controller on Windows Computer not vibrating

Issue started Tuesday evening (November 5th). Controller vibration was working perfectly fine before. Haven't been able to play at all without it. I mostly do fishing during the day and the fishing is impossible without it for me. Controller of mine works just fine on other games, so I know it's an issue with Stardew. Please fix! I really miss playing.
