Issue Content Patcher crashes on start up and TMXL gets stuck in a loop

I'm having an issue where both Content Patcher and TMXL get stuck in a loop when starting the game when trying to find different assets. I've tried redownloading the alpha of TMXL to no avail. I'm not sure where to go from here since I haven't seen anyone else with this issue. The game ends up stuck in this loop until SMAPI starts throwing out of memory exceptions and then eventually crashes.
