Hi friends, a while ago I found a mod called "Choco Emily." I thought the art was amazing, and it was this art that encouraged me to create a new NPC (using this art). In the mod itself, the creator said to do whatever you wanted with it.
I looked it up and found that the NPC's hair is the same as the one from the "Diverse Stardew" mod.
That said, I decided to change the hair. Does anyone know if the rest of the character's art is by a specific artist? I don't want to use art by an artist who doesn't authorize its use. Note: I assume the art is by the creator of the Choco Emily mod and that he authorized its use. Below is the art in question.
Regarding the name, in Brazil, where I'm from, Choco is not an offensive name at all. "Chocolate" or its diminutive "Chocolatinho" are used as a skin tone or affectionate nickname. Would using it for a dark-skinned character with NSFW themes be offensive?
