Issue Constant errors loading mods

I am having an issue that I have no idea how to fix. I have been playing modded Stardew for years and usually the issues are fairly straight forward but no matter how I try to navigate this one, I cannot for the life of me figure it out.

Essentially, quite a number of mods arent loading and it is saying that its due to the fact that either A. The folders are empty {They are not} B. Missing the DIGUS framework and it needs to be installed {I've installed it constantly because of this. Trust me its installed. B. There isnt a .json file when there is!

No matter how I remove the folders from the mod folder and then redownload and extract, these errors wont go away. Is there currently an issue where this has happened to others? I am in dire need of some good Stardew downtime and these mods make it a lil more special

You have a lot of files in your mods folder that shouldn't be there. It may cause errors.

Looks like you didn't install mods correctly.
All you can do is clear out your mods folder and reinstall everything again.
or I can help you with in the TeamViewer if you can't handle it on your own (because you said you tried more than once and failed)

Thank you for your reply. Part of the issue is I have removed and readded the mods but the issue still persists.. so if possible teamviewer would be amazing but I dont want to ask you to go out of your way either!

(also just noticed some of the random non stardew files in the folder and removed them)
