Hello, I JUST today downloaded SV for PC Windows, and installed SMAPI and some mods. This is my first time ever using mods, I'm a total noob. I have played through SV on Android and Switch.
Its too soon for me to have tried every mod, since I'm only on day 1, but the main one that will make the game playable is the Auto Tool Select. On mobile, this is a given, and I find having to scroll through tools to be super time consuming. When I have the mod activated, these red lock icons show up over the tools, what do those mean? The main issue I am having is that while this mod is activated, I cannot seem to use anything else in the toolbar. I was trying to plant my parsnip seeds but I could not select them or plant them. They didn't show up as being held over my head like usual.
Is something wrong with my mod, or is the mod designed to be activated and deactivated constantly when you need to use stuff in the toolbar other than tools? You can do that by pressing LCtrl, which is not so bad, but I'd much rather everything in the toolbar work AND have it be auto selecting the tools. Thanks if you can enlighten me!
