So I upgraded the bus station shortcut then I saw the new farm building option is still available so I built a new coop. but afterwards when i try to make more upgrades. The community upgrade shortcut disappeared. I wondered maybe its because I didn't fully upgrade everything so I deleted the coop. but its still not showing up.
