Apparently gathering up eggs in the community guide post doesn't count if you have an auto-grabber. Each day my eggs go into one of those auto-grabber's and it never counted as me collecting eggs, so I cannot finish any of these eggs collecting for Gus's famous omelette.

Can you share some screenshots? Usually any eggs you grab from the auto-grabbers count towards the collected eggs. Even if they’ve been in there for years before.
