Windows community center requested items icon (top right in inventory) keeps saying some items need to be delivered while thats not the case

for example, i turned in a Shad, but when i returned to my chest to see which fish i still needed to donate, it still keeps saying i need to donate a Shad.
this happened with sunflowers as well, turned them in but the icon kept saying i still needed it
