Community Center Bundle Rewards/Joja Form Completion Rewards

So I just wanted to ask what your favorite Community Center Bundle Rewards/Joja Form Completion Rewards are! If you need a refresher here's the list:

1. Bridge Repair (Which unlocks the Quarry)
2. Greenhouse (Which repairs the broken building on your farm)
3. Glittering Boulder Removed (Unlocks panning)
4. Bus Repaired (Allows access to the Calico Desert)
5. Minecarts Repaired
6. Friendship Hearts (For different people)

Basically, my question is which one of these rewards do you find most helpful? And which one do you find the least helpful? Which ones are in between?

For me, I would have to say the Minecarts are the most important for me. I always find myself going to them whenever I need to pick up my tools from Clint before going to the mines. Also, they're helpful if you're in the mines too late and need a quick way to get home.
Second I would say the Greenhouse. It's super helpful, especially in Winter. I like growing Strawberries in there (I know, I know - Ancient Fruit is better, but I can almost never find ancient seeds) and I get a lot of revenue year after year.
Third, the bus. The Calico Desert is pretty expansive, and Skull Cavern gives me a cool break from mine diving.
Bridge Repair would be fourth. The Quarry honestly isn't that important for me, I usually just visit it every few weeks.
Glittering Boulder would have to be fifth. It's just boring. Panning isn't that important when you can get the same ore easily while mining.
Friendship Hearts, if I'm honest, is useless. By the time I finish the bundles, I'm already at max hearts with everyone.

Minecarts are a big part of my gameplay, but I’m going to go greenhouse just because who doesn’t want the ability to grow any crop at any time? Also, you can get fruit all year round.

Minecart is timesaver, but I like greenhouse the most because money is money. Next would be the bus for great crops, forage and mining source. Quarry if you lucky you will get prismatic shard, but in my recent playthroughs I already had it from skull cavern, so it's not worth for me... And the rest are just for the sake of completion.
