Windows Community center bundle not appearing

Hi i got the cutscene and the wizard cutescene but there are no bundle things on the floor please help. i am using the item codes as my name, dont knw if that makes a diffrence

I'm playing on the PC. I've played with the item codes as my name in multiple games and never had any problems but in this and another file which I deleted the museum is done for me which is really odd and then the community center is not working as stated previously. sorry for not replying sooner didn't think i would get a response so quickly.
