So i started a file and for some reason, the golden scroll in the crafts room, lower left, isn't there. But the scrolls for the fishing tank and bulliten board are. I can't complete the community center and i even restarted, beelined for day 5 and two times it worked normally. I thought it was because i skipped the cutscene but i started a third file, played normally and on day 5 i watched the cutscene but when me and lewis went into the community center, the only scrolls were again the fishing tank and bulletin board. What the hell? Is it because i skipped a cutscene earlier? I only have had 2, one with the blacksmith because i fished up some copper, and another on day 5 with Marnie giving me my cat.
My game version is 1.6.14 build 24317
EDIT: I just did some experimentation. I made a brand new save file, played normally until day 5 and didn't skip a SINGLE cutscene and it was still bugged. So i made a second new save, and just slept to skip days straight to day 5. Literally did NOTHING but sleep and then go and view the community center cutscene. And it was fine, wasn't bugged. So i got to thinking that maybe it was tied to cutscenes, so i exited the game and restarted that same file, went and viewed the Willy cutscene where he gives you your first fishing rod and THEN viewed the community center cutscene. And it was fine, not bugged. And then i made a THIRD file, ONLY planted my crops, and watered them. That is ALL i did and it was BUGGED. The only other thing i did was go to pierre's on day one to get more parsnip seeds but i am not in the mood to test THAT. So i have absolutely NO idea what causes this bug and i don't know if it is ONLY tied to the community center OR any other cutscene that places new items in the world that i am supposed to interact with but i won't KNOW as my memory of this game is limited AND there are NEW things i have never experienced.
