Combat: Scout / Desperado build?

Has anyone else tried out the Scout / Desperado with a Galaxy Sword enchanted with 3 Aquamarines? I notice a lot more critical hits for sure, and tend to clean up quickly when killing a large purple slime into baby ones. Also get a fair amount of one shots on other mobs like serpents and (with crusader) mummies. Just thought I’d ask.

If you're not leaning into the desperado build by getting items that increase your crit chance and increase your crit power... you're better off going fighter/brute.

Ideally, you're using an iridium needle enchanted with 3 aquamarine and wearing two aquamarine rings.

Then again, you're using a dagger, and you have to get really good at them to be effective. (Short range, stabbing so no sweeping slash.)
