If you have max relationship with Elliot, you and Elliot can now collect occasional trash that is floating in the ocean,(with its own floating animation) wich will increase the possibility of the rare event (1% chance) of a merperson or merpeople coming up to you to thank you, mabe even give you a gift. If you decide to dump trash into the ocean, there is a 1% chance of a merperson or merpeople to come up to you with a Joja-Cola can ring around them, some covered in oil , looking sickly as they give your trash back to you, there is also a rare chance (.50%) of a sea witch cursing you if you dump a mermaid's pendant into the ocean .
