Cleaning Up the Trash in the Farm Water (Contains 1.4 Spoilers)

I think the player should be able to clean up the trash in the water on their farm, making the odds of catching fish the same as it would be when fishing anywhere else. You'd think the amount of trash in the water would be a bit concerning to the Farmer. However, I will admit that implementing such a thing in the early game may be a bit overpowered. As such, maybe this could be more of a late game reward? Perhaps the water on the farm could be another thing that the Trash Bear cleans up once his quest is complete?

I like this! Maybe the trash bear can come by again after you catch all the fish (so you've already 'proven' yourself so to speak)? Someone else had an idea that the trash bear could also gussy up the Mouse hat shop, so maybe on the second visit the bear can tidy up the shop and your water?
