Solved CJB Cheats menu recognized as a virus?

When downloading CJB Cheats Menu from nexus mods my computer is flagging it as A virus? I’m running windows 10.
this is the virus that appear, is it safe to install this file?i’ve deleted it and redownloaded it but the virus still shows up.

The one-line version is that SMAPI/mods are technically doing things that antiviruses are trained to watch for, it's just that the "commands being executed" are from pufferchick to mod your game.
