I'm still having issues of giving a gift to Mayor Lewis as my secret person to give a gift to him. It won't let me give it to him, and it's not letting me receive a gift from someone else. I gave up on the first year and it happen again on year 2 please help me.

Was Mayor Lewis your secret friend two years in a row? Is it maybe possible that it's someone else who's your secret friend? Lewis always writes and signs the letter but the person you're supposed to gift something to changes and is random.

The gift receiving won't trigger until after you've gifted your secret friend their gift so if you're not trying everyone but Lewis that might be the problem.
