Switch Cherry bomb crash

Version 1.6.9.36

When placing a cherry bomb, the game crashes saying an unexpected error has occurred.

First happened in the mines but am successfully able to replicate this bug anywhere in town or on farm.

Playing split screen multiplayer, have only tried with the second player (i.e. not the host) placing the bomb

Same here. I was hosting my farm online to play with friends. Whenever they (the second player) tried using the bomb in the skull cavern, the game crashed immediately with the error message stating that the software was closed because of an error. They also tried it on the farm, and it crashed again. Restarted our switches and it didn't fix the problem.

Same issue, player 2 set off a cherry bomb and the game immediately crashed. It also happened regardless of if I was in the mines with them.

Crash happened also for the first player in split screen, when using a cherry bomb in the mine.

Started a new Meadowland farm on the Switch, the crash happened for us on day five - we had to watch through the pet (black cat), community center and sword scene multiple times.

However, the first crash happened in the mine with the two players on level before 5. The game crashed while mining, without a bomb.

I can personally confirm it happens with regular bombs too. It's likely that any explosion can trigger it based on reddit accounts of the issue. So, everyone take off those napalm rings!
