I was thinking a sports pub for Alex, and something like a speakeasy for gus. For Leah you could purchase all sorts of 'rare' art and hang it up like a gallery. Is that a thing you can do?

Pierre: storage for rare seeds and goods he sells
Leo: jungle room, that looks like it's outdoors
George: home cinema
Lewis: a shrine featuring the golden Lewis. Or a secret love nest.
Marnie: something with animals.
Jas: a toy room
Wizard: Either a magical cellar, or an enchanted forest with Junimos
Robin: a workshop
Jodi: a room where she is safe from housework and kids
Linus: foragers paradise. should be outdoors and include a place to fish and forage
Clint: either a creepy room dedicated to Emily (if you go with the popular interpretation that he's a nice guy™), or base it on his outfit in clothing therapy.

I think using clothing therapy as a starting point could be a fun idea for all involved, as it shows their true desire ;)

Most of them are just plain cool but that Harvey one strikes so through, and this is comign from someone who cares little to nothing about Harvey.
You definitely don't have to do this but maybe something that looks like or symbolizes the radio or model planes on a shelf too for a little more immersiveness.

really cool idea, and really nice and creative shed designs! had to read the story about harvey and now i understand, very cool design with the airplane!
