Character Clothes Evolution Through Season/Heart

In different seasons it would be nice if the characters changed their style of clothes to match the season. For example, giving Penny a longer skirt and jacket for the fall and winter seasons. Also, this one mainly goes for Shane, but him cleaning up a bit after he gets help and begins recovering. Ex. Shaving, fixing the holes in his jacket, and just overall cleaning up. Nothing major that completely changes the character design for any character, but just small details.

There are some similar suggestions already and I second them.
Probably this could easily be done with a mod, since it hardly change the game mechanics.
