Question Changing Toolbar Position

Hi all! I am a streamer and play Stardew Often. I have an overlay that directly blocks the Toolbar. Is there any mods/or ways to shift the Toolbar to the side or to the top of the screen permanently?

I tried locking it but it only locks it to the bottom of the screen.
